By visiting Scrapaholics NZ Limited’s website (to browse or buy etc) means you agree to all these terms and conditions. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of the Terms and Conditions please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to revise and update these terms and conditions without notice. Your continued usage of the website or any of its services will mean that you accept those changes.

The provisions of the Terms and Conditions are intended as a guideline and are not meant to be exhaustive. In general, any conduct that violates laws, regulations, or any of the accepted norms of the Internet community, whether or not expressly mentioned, is strictly prohibited.

This website is provided by Scrapaholics NZ Limited on an “as is, as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. You expressly agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk. Scrapaholics NZ Limited, its Owners, Directors, Officers, Employees, Representatives or Agents accepts no liability for any direct, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or indirect damages (including but not limited to, loss of property, use or profits), however caused, whether for breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise, and whether or not this company has been advised of the possibility of any such damages resulting from the use of this website. You agree that the company parties maximum liability arising from any product sold shall not exceed the price of such product.

When you send an email to, or purchase products, classes or event tickets from Scrapaholics NZ Limited, you consent to receive communications from us via email. You agree that all communications that we provide to you via email satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Product Descriptions and General Content Accuracy
Scrapaholics NZ Limited attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or any other content provided on this website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, you should return it in an unused condition for a full refund.

Children Under 18 years of Age
Scrapaholics NZ Limited does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Prices
All prices are in New Zealand dollars and are Tax inclusive. We do not currently supply overseas customers.

All Products, Classes and Events are subject to change without notice, unless you have already completed the purchase of the product or fully paid for a class or an event.

Booking Classes
You need a minimum number of people attending each class and this number is shown in the class details. Also displayed in the class details is the Deposit Price (Purchase Price) and the full cost of the class. Before paying a deposit you should confirm an available date. Please contact me on 0800 678 258 to arrange a suitable date. Once we've sorted a date you can then proceed with selecting the class and the quantity, being the number of attendees, and proceed to the checkout to pay your class deposit. The balance of the class price is payable at the time of the class.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the size and weight of the total package including the packaging and the distance of travel, in line with New Zealand Posts new “Pricing in Proportion for Letters and Parcels”. For further information please refer to www.nzpost.co.nz.

Shipping Destinations
Currently Scrapaholics NZ Limited only supplies the New Zealand domestic market.

Processing Times
It generally takes between 1 and 3 business days from the time your order is received by us for the order to be processed, packed and shipped.

Incorrect Details
Scrapaholics NZ Limited is not responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. If you have inadvertently used an old address or incorrectly entered a number, etc., we will make every effort to assist you where possible.

Additional Charges
Additional Charges that are required as a result of a special request or an incorrect address will be billed to your credit card as necessary and, in most cases, on a separate transaction.

Forms of Payment
Scrapaholics NZ Limited accepts Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

If you are unable (or would prefer not) to work with Credit Cards, we can also accept cheques. However, to pay by cheque you must send your cheque, we will then bank and wait for it to be cleared before the products are mailed to you. Please contact us by email or phone for further information.
