Return Policy
Scrapaholics NZ Limited will return products for exchange or a refund within 1 month of purchase, just once, so long as they are unopened and in good condition. Opened packages will not be returned unless deemed to be faulty.
To return product/s you must supply a copy of your invoice with the product. Returns are to be sent to:

Faulty Products
For our customer’s protection, we maintain a very high level of meticulous quality control on products shipped out. Once in a while a customer will inform us that they open a product packaged by the manufacturer and there has been some damage that we did not see in our product inspection. In the event that you receive such an item, please contact us immediately by email or phone.

Returns Not Accepted
For obvious reasons, we cannot accept returns on books or software. We do not return opened products.
Classes & Events
If you have booked and paid the deposit for a class or booked tickets to an upcoming event, it cannot be refunded within 48 hours of the class or event. A refund or credit note will be given if cancellation is made/advised prior to this time. Please contact us immediately to change the dates of a class.

Mistakes
Although Scrapaholics NZ Limited makes every reasonable effort to ensure the quality and speed at which you receive your order, mistakes can happen. If there is an error with your order, please contact us via email or phone so that we can quickly resolve any issues you may have!

If the value of the mishap is less than $5.00, a credit will be issued to your account. If the value is more than $5, we will do our best to supply the missing product. Replacement or missing products will be shipped via standard mail.
Backorders / Out of Stock Items
It is not standard policy of Scrapaholics NZ Limited to accept backorders for items. If, due to unforeseen events, an item that is ordered is found to be out of stock when the order is being packaged for shipping, the amount of the item ordered will be refunded back to the credit card used to purchase the order.
